It's swimsuit time and that means time to lighten-up...your bottled salad dressing that is! If you blend a tablespoon of canola oil or olive oil (per serving) to your salad dressing you'll not only be lightening up, you'll also be boosting smart-fat. Canola oil is full of monounsaturated fats and has omega-3 fatty acids. Olive oil contains mono. fats and also has helpful phyto-chemicals! Want to add flavor add everything (to taste) from apple, cherry and lime juice to champagne and/or pepper!!! See you on the beach!
