Chicken
Chicken Francais ~ Chicken lightly egg washed and sautéed with our house picatta sauce served with Chef’s choice vegetable, house potato, and salad.
Chicken Parmigiana ~ Italian seasoned breaded chicken topped with our famous tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, served with a side of pasta & salad.
Athenian Chicken ~ Sautéed chicken with tomatoes, kalamata olives, basil, finished with white wine/lemon sauce. Garnished with crumbled Feta cheese, capers, served over rice or pasta, salad.
Chicken Marsala ~ Sautéed in olive oil, sweet Florio Marsala wine, mushrooms, garlic and shallots, served with our house polenta, Chef’s choice vegetable and salad.

Fish/Seafood
Pan Seared Scallops ~ Fresh pan seared sea scallops in a light herb butter, towering with our house mashed potatoes, Chef's choice vegetable and choice of salad.
Boston Haddock ~ Hand breaded topping baked with a white wine & lemon butter sauce. Chef’s choice vegetable, house potato and choice of salad.
Maine’s (Chock-a-block) Scampi ~ Crab, shrimp, scallops, chicken, broiled and seasoned with Twig's scampi sauce, served over a mound of linguini with choice of salad.  Whole wheat pasta .75
Flounder Delise ~ Atlantic flounder fillet with our own crabmeat filling, baked with a white wine lemon sauce and fresh herbs, served with Chef’s vegetable and choice of salad.
Crabcake Milano~ House Favorite - House made and Hand formed Maryland-style crabcakes, teamed with cocktail and tartar sauce, served with Chef’s vegetable and choice of salad.
Stuffed Salmon ~ Fillet of tender salmon stuffed with a blend of crab, scallops and shrimp, glazed with a sweet Vidalia onion sauce, served with Chef’s vegetable and choice of salad.
Twigs Sautéed ~ Shrimp & Scallops sautéed in Virgin olive oil, diced tomatoes, spinach, fresh garlic, over linguini choice of salad.

Savor the chance to sample creative cuisine by Executive Chef Sean Keeney and an unforgettable dinning experience by appointed Restaurant Manager Jennifer Higgins Bogedin. Highlights from past lunch features include sesame encrusted seared salmon salad or a pounded chicken breast with ginger-garlic soy sauce. Meanwhile, dinner spotlights an array of appetizers such as crab & artichoke spread with toast points or a tender calamari tastefully seasoned & fried, with our Fra Diavolo sauce, and entrees like a poached white sea bass or scampi vegetable pasta with sautéed zucchini, artichokes, red & yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, asparagus, and portabellas in a cream laced garlic sauce over pasta. For dessert, indulge in a piece of Mo'Chocolate Lovin' Spoonful!
