Our Chef follows the cooking guidelines listed below for our fine choice beef:
*Rare: Outer meat browned, inner very red.
*Medium Rare: Very pink center, slightly browned toward exterior.
*Medium: Light pink in center and brown to outside.
*Well: No pink center.
